1-Mile Fun Walk Benefitting the Siteman Cancer Center - St. Peters
The Walk for Hope, presented by Haystack MRD by Quest Diagnostic,is where we unite supporters across our community to provide health, healing & hope for any patient who enters our Siteman Cancer Center - St. Peters. Regardless of your pace or path, when you join the walk, you're taking steps to support the future of cancer care in St. Charles County.
The Walk for Hope is an inspiring, family-friendly event and will consist of a 1-mile fun walk followed by a health and resource fair. As we build this symbol of hope that unites people behind the mission of the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters & Progress West Foundation, we will also provide access to health and healing resources in our area.
The Walk for Hope is an evolution of our Ribbon of Hope event. The spirt of Ribbon of Hope will live on in our walk. Watch our video from the 2024 event to get a taste of what's coming on April 25!
Join us on May 16th, 2026 for the Taco the Town Run, hosted in partnership with MSE Racing and proudly sponsored by Stay Cool Climate Control!
This fun community run combines fitness with a fiesta finish. After crossing the finish line, racers ages 21+ will enjoy two tacos and a margarita to celebrate!
