From the book Business Valuation for Business Owners, this presentation will examine the three valuation pitfalls found in buy-sell agreements. Attendees will learn where to search for and how to identify the valuation pitfalls in their company’s buy-sell agreement. The presentation will conclude with strategies to avoid the valuation pitfalls that lead to costly litigation, family strife and financial impacts that destroy many closely-held businesses.
Pre-registration required. $15.00 per member or $20.00 per visitor. Lunch will be a preselected buffett. Please let us know any special dietary needs by Friday August 17th. Lunch, beverage, gratuity and educational seminar are included. Seating is limited.
